Our little lady will be just over 7 months when Easter arrives and like the over the top momma I am, I have her little Easter basket ready to go. Now she's obviously never going to remember her first Easter, this is strictly for memory purposes so there isn't too much included, just a few things she needs along with a few little fun things!
First things I added were two little outfits for the spring and summer. I saw these at Wal-Mart and usually I'm not the biggest fan of Wal-Mart clothes but I saw these pants and it was game over. Anything floral I'm powerless, and the beautiful mint colour made it perfect for spring. I also found this cute strawberry dress there and just pictured her chunky legs peeking through and that was all I needed to throw it in my cart.
Next we have this adorable little doll that's dressed like a bunny. I found this on Amazon and thought it was a cute little Easter themed doll. It's so soft and made so well, these days she has really been loving holding onto dolls so I thought this was a cute addition to her collection. I also picked up this vintage looking book on Amazon about a cute little bunny which I also thought fit the whole spring/Easter theme. Next we have little chew toys because...teething :/ and I also added some MAM pacifier holders because we can never keep tabs on our favourite soothers!
Here is her basket all packed up! My mom bought this basket last year after we found out the gender so it was nice to see it in action!
Not pictured: The last thing I want to add will be a last minute addition. If anyone follows me on social media then you know I am OBSESSED with blankets made by The Donut Shop. Everly has 3 (one is a Christmas blanket). She loves them, I love them more.. they are the perfect stroller/car seat/travel blanket which is perfect because we do a lot of travelling. When I saw this one as a sneak peak I knew I needed one. I think now Courtney one of the shop owners can smell me coming. This print is beautiful and such a fun spring/summer print. I will be picking it up in Welland just before Easter which is why it isn't pictured. If anyone would like a blanket let me know because I can pick it up locally and save some shipping costs!
And that's it! Something cute and fun to have Everly open up on Easter from her parents and something we can really remember. What's in your little's Easter basket?!
